Hi Dezora. I'm very disheartened to hear that you are unsatisfied with not being rescheduled for a new appointment after you missed your haircut appointment. As my policy states, you can reschedule a single appointment, one time, as long as you do so by/before 24hrs of the scheduled time or the deposit for your appointment will be considered forfeited. I do make exceptions to the rule in some situations. However, giving a 10 minute notice that you are running 30-minutes late, only to not show at all, does not warrant an exception. This is not a hard policy to understand, but it does require communication and respect for each others time, which there was a lack there of in this particular situation.
