Salon Policy’s 🔴Please do not bring extra people to your appointment. The salon is a cozy space and can only accommodate scheduled clients. 🔴Children are not permitted in the salon unless being serviced. And During their appointment, the child must be accompanied by their parent/caregiver at all times. And must be able to sit still to receive their service safely.  🔴 In the event that you need to cancel or change any service appointments, we respectfully request a 24hr. notice. If you forget or cancel your appointment without 24-hour notice, please understand that this will result in a 50% charge. 🔴 We really value our clients' time and want to give you the best experience possible. Before your appointment, we require a 50% deposit to secure the booking. This will be deducted later from your service fee. 🔴Only service animals are permitted in the salon (must have their , PVC identification card with a picture of your dog, the tasks or work they've been trained to do, and your name and contact information).We do not accept walk-ins.
