After moving to east Westchester 7 years ago I have tried at least 8 barbers but all turned out to be one and done as they all gave me a lousy haircut... or ignored my requests...finally I tried Ted's Barbershop and Josh the proprietor of the shop (turned out that Ted is Josh's pet dog), and not only did he listen to how I liked my hair shaped, he provided an excellent customized cut that I described as "perfect".
