Abbie’s customer service is nonexistent. Made me wait an hour past my appointment and then somehow blamed me for it. Instead of apologizing or making ...it right, she acted defensive. On top of that, the nail art was awful little did I know she charged $60 for the design! Never in my life have I had such a terrible experience. To top it off they are already falling apart. For a whopping $165 total price!!! Price doesn’t reflect service or quality! Truly sad, I’d never go back even if she refunded me the entire amount. Show more
