I liked my nails but less than 48 hours after having them done, one popped off by just putting my hand in my pocket. I was told I’d need to pay an add...itional $30 to get it fixed and that this doesn’t happen with any other clients, which I find hard to believe. There was no willingness to work with me even after letting her know it had only such a short amount of time. I could understand paying for a fix several days after the service, but 2 days is not acceptable. Will not be returning. Show more

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issue with your broken nails just to reach inside a pocket. As I have not previously encountered a case where a client's nail significantly damaged within a pocket, I would kindly request a service fee for the time spent in addressing this unique situation.
