I never was able to have my appointment. I booked online about 3 hours ahead of a 4pm slot that was showed as open online. When I walked in right at... 4pm she said she did not look at the only appointments and booked someone else. No sorry or anything. I was from out of town and did not have anywhere else to go. Terrible customer service. Guess I should have called to confirm but what is point of being able to book online if you also have to call? Show more

I do apologize for your inconvenience ! It does say to call an confirm your appointment. Considering it's only 1 nail technician I'm continuously busy I'm not always available to check the app. I did apologize an I also referred you to a different place . Have a amazing day!

She is a joke. She didn’t have my appointment on the online so she say. Then we both rebooked the appointment with both appointments together. Then t...his hoe cancel my shit. I had an important engagement to attend but I went to someone else that definitely came through. These Wisconsin hoes don’t know business. My nails and toes despite effort from you I tip 50 or better. Glad I didn’t respond to your two day old text message. If you wanna get canceled at the last minute book her please.
