I'm not too happy with the job completed. To clarify, the job was completed in an aggressive and time constrained fashion. Ashley had done my kiddos' ...hair a few weeks ago with starter locs. I had scheduled for starter locs again for this past appointment. It was not by mistake that I had scheduled the same appointment again. My kid decided to dye their hair, and the booking was to start the twist over again as indicated on the booking. Ashley "assumed" (versus asking me) that the scheduled appointment was only to be for a touchup and didn't schedule accordingly on her end. My kiddo said she was completely rough and inconsiderate of tender headedness as she was for the first appointment. My kiddos said Ashley had an attitude while literally "tugging out" the tough parts of hair. When during the last session, when Ashley had time she had allowed my kiddo to comb out the tough parts of hair on their own. Therefore, it was interpreted that this was done, as to save Ashley the time she did not have to spend on this service. My kiddo left there with a really bad headache and a slightly bleeding scalp. My kiddos even began crying when telling me that Ashley had said passive-aggressive comments to my child with an attitude during the services rendered. Lesson learned here is not to go thru with a service if any miscommunication occurred for the timing needed for a service. This edit is only being written as to describe our experience. It is only day 2, and there is already unraveling of the twist in the front. Needless to say we will look elsewhere to get future services to be completed on my childs hair. Show more

Well if you’re going to discuss this on a public platform to affect my business let’s tell all of the facts. You scheduled an appointment for loc retwist. We had been in communication with each other the week before. Not one message from you stating that you had taken the original locs out to color your child’s hair. Once you finally arrived to your appointment not only had the child’s hair been taken out it was COMPLETELY matted! Since we had developed a relationship during prior appointments I did express that their hair was completely tangled and loc just like the last time. Due to the nature of their hair it does require a little are work to detangle and I did just as I was trained to do. If you felt this way about your service we could’ve spoke then as adults.

I explained my scalp situation (psoriasis) and she l...istened to my routine for Rx shampoo use and provided me the style I requested and needed.
