No respect for people who book appointments. I booked a 1:30 appointment. I arrived at 1:28. Someone’s in the seat. No problem. He finishes with him t...hen tells another person to get in the seat. After he’s done with him, he lets another person in the seat. I had a 1:30 appointment. It’s now 2:06. I’m only getting a beard trim and I’m on my hour lunch. This is bad customer service. If he was behind something should’ve been said. What’s the point of having the app for appointments if you are not going to use it? Thoroughly disappointed because this is the first black barber I’ve used. I was hoping for a better experience. Show more

I went to Wayne It’s a 7/10 fade. It would be better if he was on time for appointments and used some kind of shaving cream when doing line ups.
