Haircut (kids)

First time here. I booked my son an appointment for a kids cut. There was a few customers ahead of us as it was very busy and there was only 1 barber.... We weren’t greeted so I’m assuming he didn’t know we had an appointment. Even though I scheduled it days prior. We checked in on the tablet up front (even though we weren’t asked to because once again, we weren’t acknowledged or greeted). He took one of the guys that were waiting before us (we still weren’t acknowledged) he then grabs a water right next to where we’re sitting and still no acknowledgment. Seems like a good clean place but due to the lack of customer service or just even common courtesy, we won’t be back. Show more
