I was looking forward to having my hair braided by Erica but she ignored me several times & I even sent a deposit. She accepted my appointment literal...ly 3 days before the date of the appointment, after I had already booked with another stylist. Luckily she sent back my deposit… 2 weeks after I requested it from her. I was really patient with her and gave her the benefit of the doubt after not responding but it’s really disappointing because the work is good. Not sure if you’re not open to new clients or what but extremely unprofessional & bad communication. Please do better. Show more

I am very sorry for your experience, I try my best to respond to everyone in a timely manner I receive so many messages. But I am only one person i apologize i wasn’t able to get back to you, I was out of town for my birthday during the time you messaged me. I returned the deposit on the day I realized you weren’t coming. Again I apologize and please don't feel i ignored you I had no intention on ignoring you!!
