It's important to note that hair growth is a natural process that usually occurs a few days after a haircut. In your review, you mentioned that if you want a haircut to last, this is not the shop to go to, but your appointment was on December 5th, and you left the review ten days later. It's natural that hair growth would occur in that period, and we recommend that our clientele get haircuts every week to keep their hair neat and in shape. Before booking your appointment, we made our pricing clear to you, and you chose to schedule with us. Our barbers are well-trained and take pride in delivering skilled and tidy haircuts. Additionally, we understand that you may have had language barriers due to our predominantly Latin staff. If you have any questions or concerns about your haircut, please feel free to ask the manager, who will be happy to translate everything to the barber to ensure clear communication.
