I am extremely disappointed with the service I received, or rather, did not receive from Annessa. I had booked her for ny best friends wedding- I was ...a bridesmaid- and she never showed up. Communication was on point when i reached out at first and before I paid the required 50% deposit. After that it was sporadic, but still I never expect that she would completely fail to appear. She texted the night before after several attempts to reach her to confirm that I shouldnt be panicking she had just been busy and that she would see me the next day. I tried calling and texting the morning of our appointment (the day of the wedding), but received no response (actually still have not heard from her a day and a half later) this left me in such a stressful situation on what was supposed to be such a fun morning. This was far from the professional touch I had planned and paid for. It was incredibly unprofessional and inconsiderate to leave someone hanging like that. I would not recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and professional make up artist. The lack of responsibility and communication is really unacceptable. I did send her a zelle request for my deposit and she sent it back pretty promptly, so there's that, I guess ...

I drove all the way from SF because it’s hard to find good make up artists in the city and a friend recommended her so I booked and absolutely loved h...er work! It lasted all day and I received so many compliments. Will definitely be booking again!
