I'm sorry you felt that way about the service...let me first say your daughters hair was not trained to stay straight like other clients that receive silk presses more often and secondly whatever medications she was taking caused my irons to smoke and at that point I knew I wouldn't be able to service her again, I did the best I could with what I was working with.
