She’s good at what she do and I’m not about to take that from her. But her professionalism and communication needs to be worked on. She texted my phon...e saying my daughter is almost done i replied ok on the way it takes 50 minutes to a hour to get to her house and it was around traffic time she then texted again she been done which i was already on the way she act as if she didn’t know i stayed that far which i told her before. I can text her multiple times about other things ask questions and etc she never respond or when i book a appointments she act confused about the deposit situation every single time to many weird situations that probably could’ve been avoided i will not be booking again. Jaylin is not only an awesome braider, but she is extremely PATIENT as well. She braided my 2 yr olds hair and she does not like to sit and get her ha...ir done. But Jaylin was kind and patient and did an amazing job on her hair. Her home was also clean and smelled really good. I recommend and will be going back. Show more

We’ve been coming to Jaylin for about two months now and she always does a superb job. My daughter never complains about anything hurting and she’s al...ways so precise on the braids. Please keep in mind she takes her time so you’ll be sitting for about 4 hours other than how long it takes, I’ll make the hour and 15 minute drive once a month for the beautiful braids.
