Braid style comes out cute but she is always late, maybe because she is a slow braider but also heavy handed (seems intentional). Communication is lac...kluster. Reschedules appointments without conferring with us first and then ignores text until the last minute. Whoā€™s really upset tho??? Hope your day is better than your customer service skills Jaylin girl

My daughter hair turned out very neat and beautiful I will say that. Iā€™ve booked Jaylin twice first time my daughter appointment was pushed back 1hr 1...5 mins which was a little frustrating because of time management. The second appointment was fine only 30 mins delay (mind you you still pay full price regardless) . My issue came into play where how she was talking to my daughter. ā€œStating things like stop crying, Use your words, you can talk canā€™t you.ā€ She even asked me if my daughter could talk, and I stated, ā€œyes very well actually.ā€ But what would like for a 2 year old to say if itā€™s hurting. A lot of younger kids are tender head. In her policy it states accepts all ages. But she should rephrase that to, ā€œAccepting kids 5 and up, with minimum crying.ā€ To sum it all up her patience is low if your kid cries and that was my whole point of booking because MOST kid braiders know that comes with the job if youā€™re servicing littles. I have a lot of patience. But Jaylin mouth is a lil slick. I even stated this will be her last time coming back to you because of that very reason. My daughter also had a slight bald spot from the lemonade braids and I mentioned it to her but she never recommended a solution, I more so had to think of a solution to keep her appointment. Sheā€™s very good at braiding but could use a professional business 1 on 1 course.

Ma'am your child cried for almost 3 hours STRAIGHT. I even asked if there was anything you could do to help calm her down, but nothing was done. I do have a lot of patience, but I also expressed that I couldnā€™t continue with the constant screaming without any support. Just wanted to be clear about that. That wasnā€™t your first or second time booking with me Iā€™m confused where my low patience and bad professionalism came from. Antyways NEXT!
