My experience was amazing the owner and the staff were friendly and professional. It was a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. It is clean and s...afe with chirping birds spreading love in the air. The staff gave out chocolates all day asked if I need anything through my hair pampering. I must say I had extremely high expectations when I booked this establishment and everyone was really pleasant and professional. The salon is also qui...te nice. However, I must say that I am not entirely pleased. While the hairstyle looked nothing like the photos I showed that I wanted I did like it. It was cute to say the least. However, Once I got home I realized how short the cut was. My family is actually telling me I have bald spots at rhe back which I honestly can't see for myself but I think it's because the hair was cut so terribly short. I have no idea how I will maintain it myself because I love curling my pixie myself but there is barely anything to curl especially at the back and sides. Also for my relaxer service while I liked how it was applied compared to previous stylists (much less burning) and I love how soft and shiny was hair is there is a spot at the front that I can see that was not completely relaxed. While things didnt go perfectly I would consider going back. Show more

Hi Charmaine, please if there is a bald spot ( I'm appalled) please come to the salon let me see, I don’t recall anything like that happening, or send photos to the salon email. When clients are showing inspirational photos that is the look or cut I’m going off of and not precision as I am not the stylist who have done the style in the photo. Maybe the back of your hair needs to be combed out or laid differently but a bald spot I'm not too sure about I would love to see your hair this week. A spot in the front not bring relaxed properly please allow me to see, as you can see I take great diligence in applying and working in a relaxer as you complimented my application process. “PLEASE READ: I booked a reshape for a pixie cut and needed up paying $100 for a cut that was not wanted. Here’s how, when I got to the salon I was gr...eeted, I told “name” that I booked a reshape and “name” said ok and took me to the chair. Bubbles asked if I wanted to wash my hair and I said no that was already done. I told her many times that I didn’t want it too short because it’s already short and I wanted to be able to still curl it while in a pixie cut. At the end of my appointment she tells me it’s $100. I ask her what happened to the $45 reshape and she said I did not get a reshape. I received a hair cut. I told her that that is not what I booked and that is not what I asked for. she repeatedly told me that she gave me a hair cut instead which is not a reshape so now it’s $100. This is just not how you do business. My hair is too short. I can’t curl it the way I really want ,She didn’t listen to what I wanted nor did She check my appointment until after I was at the front desk ready to pay. I should have protested about the cost because that is just not how you do hair and that is not how you do business. It is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional!” ..because I cannot reply to your comment. I’m gonna add on to my initial complaint. This is the photo I showed you (on the right versus what I got on the left )as an inspiration to the length I want to still remain on my head “not a haircut” because I booked a reshaped. You need to take responsibility because you messed up and Miss the mark ,do not try to blame it on me if you think that I was showing you something that is outside of what I booked you should’ve told me that the price would change which you did not so ma’am, you messed up it’s OK you live and you learn. Hello, I have to respond you did in fact book a hair cut shape, which in the description explains that a hair cut shape includes lower back and sides cutting of a growing out cut for 45.00. You further went to show me more than one inspirational photos of the desired HAIRCUT that you wanted. You also were not turned away from the mirror while I was cutting your hair, while cutting your hair you gave me several nods of approval. I believe the pricing was the issue more than the hair cut. Whether a clients hair is short or long anytime 2” or more is cut off it is considered a full a hair cut .REBUTTAL STATEMENT: I will own up to me not saying that what you showed me is a cut and not a hair cut shape considering the Length your hair came from. Once a client shows me evidence such as an inspiration photo it is understood we have come to an understanding. It clearly shows in the photo similar length to what you have. The only thing that’s missing is the mold in which you said you only came for a cut (hair cut shape) and you will do it yourself at home. I rest my case.
