Lola's customer service is impeccable. I'm so happy that I found her after a VERY horrible experience with another stylist which left my son's hair ha...lfway completed. I reached out to her for my son's loc maintenance and she immediately responded. When we went for our appointment, the atmosphere was very accommodating, safe, warm, and nice. I love her spiritual energy! 💛🌻✨ She did an amazing job with reattaching my locs during my first appointment as well ...as washing, retwist, & styling during my 2nd appointment for my niece graduation! She was patient, kind, a great listener, overall great vibe, etc. She listened to what I wanted. She was gentle and executed the style perfectly without hurting my head from pulling or styling too tight, which is a major plus for me! She was focused and not distracted. Very professional! I appreciate that she truly tended to & met my needs. The shop was clean, great music, and a great vibe as well. Lola & the other stylists were very friendly and welcoming. 2 of the other stylists even assisted her with styling my hair due to my locs being so full and thick.
