I waited an hour and 20 minutes with an appointment for 4:30, while three guys got a hair cut already there, that was ok i know that happens but watch...ed three guys come in after that and went right to a chairs to get a hair cut. I had an appointment for 4:30. They came in off the street. Why did i have to wait an hour and 20 minutes to get a chair. I had to cancel when it was finally my turn because i had plans at 6:00 with family and friends. Very disappointed and frustrated that i had to meet everyone not at my best. Ive always liked the place in the past but somebody definitely dropped the ball this time! Ammendment to yesterdays rant: Went back in today talked to them. It was basically a comedy of errors yesterday. They were very apologetic and i was having a bad day. Dan took me right a way and did a great job! Please foget what i previously said. These guys are great. Yesterday was the first time anything like that happened. They were slammed. I should have been more understanding. I've been there and done that. Thanks again guys. Show more
