Over priced and nothing special. Roy is a cool guy to talk no doubt but if we’re talking about the haircut experience, it was mid at best and unprofes...sional. There are some things from the beginning that could be mentioned but the things that stand out most was: •you use no gloves which is fine, but you had your fingers literally all over my lips repeatedly as you’re cutting my beard. It’s gross and unsanitary. •by the time the cut was “done”, you were okay with me leaving your chair with my hair drenching wet to the point where I had to ask you to let me use your hair dryer and fix it myself; extremely unprofessional •you AND YOUR COWORKERS, were open making fun of another client while the guy was literally at the door still. I had asked you how long you’ve been a barber and you said about three years, it shows heavily. The cut felt rushed the entire time and the bullet points I mentioned only make you appear as an amateur of your craft when there are some many barbers nowadays. Show more

Thank you Micheal i appreciate your feedback, With the way of your hair it’s a wet finish i’m sorry you didn’t like that just for next you can also ask the barber to Dry it for more of a dry look very sorry and shouldn’t have assumed it was good like that. I do wash my hands very thoroughly and my Supplies for haircuts so that way it is very sanitary all around and gloves are very preferred around the barber industry some people just don't like them. and with the Client we only were laughing because we thought the gentleman had a neck strip but it was his keys. I really appreciate you coming in and trying my experience in my chair had a really good conversation with you and thank you for trying our barbershop. i do apologize again for the uncomfortably and unprofessionalism that you experienced.
