Great experience! We were celebrating my Mother’s 69th birthday by having her pampered. The great customer service we received from the moment we walk...ed in, until we walked out was amazing, positive, polite and welcoming. Duke went above and beyond with my nails. I couldn’t decide between 2 colors for my ombré so they did them both so I could see what each looked like. ...this was my first time at this nail salon and I will definitely be going back. I haven’t loved my nails this much in a very long time. Show more

Absolutely love the man who can do custom art work on nails. He took his time it took a while but the results were worth it. Art takes time! Prices we...re solid for what work is done. It’s worth it , I love my nails I brought him a picture and this is the result I love it!!! The picture on the right is what I wanted left is what I got. Results speak for itself!! Show more

This experience: Duke is absolutely amazing. So talented, and excellent attention to detail. I showed them my inspo and I feel like the result was b...etter than what I pictured. 10/10 recommend, but don’t take my appointments 😂. I knew from the shaping I was in great, proficient hands and now I can’t wait until future artistry from them! 🫶🏾 Overall: I’ve been coming here since mid-summer 2023, and have really appreciated the quality of work. I’ve had different technicians and everyone is skilled and provides an experienced service. If I have a design idea, they will tackle it and execute it beautifully. Also, I love how thorough they are. It helps to call and make an appointment even if you use the online system since they do stay busy. Even if you have to wait, the work is worth it. I also appreciate that they don’t rush the service, and will tell you the total ahead of time and confirm length, style and color throughout. Show more

They did a manicure on my daughter after we decided to just do color. I had two daughters with me so one got a mani and the other didn't. Way to make... the other kid feel bad. Also, after coming home and taking a shower one nail looked like this. Not impressed since I spent $163 with tip. This was for a special event and I'm not happy. We won't be back. Show more

Talk about feeling like an unvalued customer. I understand that it’s busy but I made an appt for 2:45 and didn’t get serviced til 4:30. Ended up chang...ing my ENTIRE design and style because I was no longer as trusting and hopeful to receive good work by the time 4pm came around and I’m still twiddling my thumbs, waiting. Originally wanted pink and white french tips with glitter, heart designs, and stars. More than willing to pay w.e price PLUS TIP, but after so long of a wait? And missing my ride home because of that, not a chance! Left with a basic white set with CROOKED nails. At some point i just gave up on him going back in to fix the crookedness. I was frustrated, sad, and ready to be out of there at that point. Never again Show more
