Its ok, this was my second time ever going some of it is ok. The supervisor was very nice, i dont think the man that did my nails understood what I wa...nted and he got nail polish all over my fingers and kept saying it ok he will clean off. Nails are a bit sharper than I like,but I broke a nail off and wanted them all redone on Sunday, and they have good hours so I went, other than that I would go to my regular nail shop and still am going so I can get fixed what was not fixed the way I wanted at this shop. I saw a girl get her nails done by a lady they were beautiful wish I had of had her the prices are about the same. The polish was kind if sticky to me, next day looks a lot better. I got a call from Justin.He's very sweet he's gonna repair my nails tomorrow he was very considerate and thoughtful.So I wanted to come back and add that I will be returning i thought that was so thoughtful of him he is definitely about taking care of his business. Only leaving 3 stars because of my most recent visit. I got dip which is $45, and because I wanted white polka dots on all 10 fingers it was $30 more.... (This was on my natural nails) - I didn’t mind because that was the design I wanted. Will I ever do that design again because of the price? Probably not. I decided to pay with cash because of the 5% discount and my total with that was $70. I handed over $80 and then asked if they could break my $20 bill. I was handed back a $10 bill, $5 bill and 3 $1 bills. I asked the man who did my nails if he got his tip, he said no. (I figured he’d take the $10 since I handed him $80 and my total was $70) - at the time I was flustered and just gave him the $10 bill and the $5 bill back. Long story short, for my nails and tip I paid $97. I won’t pay with cash again. *** Justin did reach out to me and said I was overcharged and I will have a credit for my next visit.
