Medium Box Braids

I am sooo disappointed in my medium box braids that cost $250. She should have charged $50. My grandson could have done it better. It looked like I ha...d it in my head for months when I just got it done yesterday. She didn’t even braid the back of my hair. If you are not going to are unable to braid all of my hair then yes I should not be braiding. This is a nightmare. I have a concert to go to and I’m lookin like this. She said that she has been braiding for years. I’m going to have to disagree with that. From the looks of it I might have been the first person she braided. I insisted when I first made the appointment that I had to be out of the house at 4pm because of work she didn’t finish until 4:15pm. Didn’t cut my flyaways or nothing. I’m done with the booksy experience. It a bunch of amateurs that don’t know what they are doing just playing in people’s hair. She didn’t even know how to do baby hair!🤦🏽‍♀️. Now I have to come up with some more money to correct this mistake. Christina braids never again!😭 Show more

I apologize that you don’t like your hairstyle. If you look through my photos/portfolio, you'll see that I do box braids. Your hair was very short around the nape of your neck, your hairline/edges, and by your ears. The picture that you sent me beforehand didn’t reflect that. I appreciate your feedback and will take into more consideration if someone has colored/bleached hair like blonde. I will also ask for a 360 video of client’s hair in the future if they want braids so that I can better see their hair and be more prepared for what I'm working with. I can offer you a partial refund and will send that asap. Thank you for being a client.
