So I really appreciate both reviews! The first one truly describes ME & thats truly who I am as a person!! My other reviews shows that! Now let me address the RE-review everything you said was a misunderstanding on your end! Your child went back & misinformed you on what she heard in here. I wont address a child because she’s a child! It was up to you to come to me as an adult & ask me about the things I said. Even though you were told these things I supposedly said, you still booked me for your son the VERY next day. I never spoke on anyone having psoriasis because I didn’t service him. The other stylist may have spoke on HER CLIENT who has psoriasis. I will never sit & talk about my clients!! Thats not my character to do that! I run a business here & tarnishing my name is not ok. Now on to the part about your daughter hair. Im sorry if I made her feel uncomfortable about her hair, but I not once complained. I did say she have alot of hair but I never said it in a negative way. Once again my apologies if she took it as that but that wasnt my intentions. You have to understand that I run a business here. You were not my last client. I had someone schedule after your son! As seen in the messages, you were 20 mins late which means you cut into that time of my next appt. So yes, a late fee was VERY necessary! Sorry that you dont understand from a business point of view. You left out the part that you left without paying & now legal actions will be taken.
