Small knotless Bohemian

While I didn’t have the best experience I will not take away that Rah can braid hair. However, as someone that often gets Knotless braids I can say th...ese were so painful to install and for the most part I am not a tenderheaded person so I’m not sure what technique she was using. So that was a major dampen to the experience because now I’m afraid of major breakage when I take these out. 2) I mentioned how the product she was using was gumming up and she had said “oh it’s because I hadn’t finished the full process”… that didn’t sound right but I’m very much a trust the process because I understand I may not know every product. I was correct and it’s very much white product build up on my fresh braids which caused me to be very anxious for my first Engineering convention. 3) my hair took two days to complete. The first day I sat around 11:20 (my original appointment was at 10am but she had said that she would need to pick something up from the supply store and would arrive at around 10:30 she showed up at 11a.) We made it to about midnight. I’ve never had to sit for over 12 hours to do my hair and I really want to say it was due to poor planning and strategy. I understand my hair was braided long and I do have a full head of hair but even as someone that had gotten mid to lower back lengths I’m usually finished around the 10Hr mark. The second session started at 8am and we finished around 12:30ish. This was mind boggling because the first day we were in a room with no distractions, I was doing my homework and I’m not a chatty client in general so for my hair to be incomplete was something I’ve never experienced before. Pictured below is the section that took 4.5 hours. So in short, I will not be booking with her again. I feel like there is something missing in her approach that would make it less time consuming. But what really topped it all off was the product build up my hair looks 3 weeks old and ashy and it’s been only a few days since they were fully completed. I had intentions on keeping it in for at least 6 weeks but if I cannot get the product out my hair I paid $300+ for a 5 day style and that is a waste of my time, money and hair health. Also, I paid for her meal and my house mates made sure to include her for drinks when they went on store runs. So I would like to think I was a good client because my hair was washed and blow dried throughly which is supposed to help expedite the process. Hey Analeigh! Thanks for the review Love I really appreciate it ! However you forgot to mention it took me two days, because I traveled to you last minute to accommodate you. Which Wasn't the actual agreement. When I first started your hair l made sure to ask you were you tender headed and you said "No". I also made sure you were comfortable the entire time. Also You and your roommates had FULL HALLOWEEN PARTY in the middle of me providing you a service. I was super uncomfortable. Your nice roommate got me food. I insisted on paying her but she said it was her treat. I recommend multiple times we should reschedule. I remained professional and continued your service. It was becoming overwhelming with so many guest. I decided to stop and continue the next day. The build up is because I wasn't able to complete the process with putting setting moose on the braids. As we can see in the picture. The next day you switched times we agreed on because you were in the process of moving. I let you know the time you decided on wasn't best for me. We agreed on the next day. Which was more of a BIG inconvenience for me because I had more clients. I still provided you the service. I'll never start a service with out completing it. The overall experience with me providing a service for you was SUPER Overwhelming. I'm a SUPER LOVING INNER STANDING person. I've never experienced this before. And wish NO Service Provider EVER experience this. Peace, Love and Gratitude hun !✨

I agree that she braids well but she is not reliable!!! I had her cancel on me once ok, rescheduled for the next day and within a few hours she cancel...ed the appointment. I decided to give it another try but should have learned my lesson. I call/text when on my to way to our appointment and she said she didn’t know we were booked, that Booksy didn’t send her confirmation/reminders. Mind you, she has to confirm appointment for booking to go through. So she says she is in east bay and can see me in an hour, which turned in 2 hours because she then had to run errands, then 3 because her car supposedly got towed. Once again I had an important event and had all this stress due to her unreliability. Luckily I found a god sent braider who took me in last minute. I will not be booking her ever again and don’t wish anyone to be in this situation Show more
