I booked 2 appointments, one was for the wrong time so i immediately rebooked on the site, paid another deposit and let her know promptly so that she ...could take my previous appt. off the schedule so that someone else could book that spot. Less than 12 hrs later I did a covid test and came up + and sent her a copy of the test. Today i asked if my previous deposits could be applied to my next appt and check her reaponse. Why would you NOT work with a client who missed their appt. bc of covid??? Thats crazy and when i look at her schedule she has NOTHING BUT open slots so WHO did i really keep from booking???? The reviews about her as well as her responses gave GHETTO but I decided to try her anyway. And wala.... GHETTO. Read my last msg and didn't even respond. Its all good I disputed the transaction and will be getting my $100 back. Its always OUR OWN who are the most LOW DOWN. I wouldve went to the appt. with NO MASK ON if i knew she was gonna do it like this. And dont respond bish I AINT READING IT. BUT i AM getting my money back 😌 Show more

LETS BE HONEST THANKS Me: Why did you book another appointment 🥴 Her: 😂😂 because idk how you do business lol some ppl are very strict about their booking process. Her: Some require a new booking after they've confirmed and it's bye bye deposit lol and they won't secure your spot without another booking, so I just wanted to secure my spot Me: Yes I usually just move the appointment but a new one is def necessary only because its so close to your appointment time . But in the future you can just message me But now all of a sudden the deposit process is not understood because they wont be going towards any future services. 🤔 If you we’re rescheduling within a good time period, you would’ve been able to do so ON YOUR OWN through booksy. If you didn’t see the option . ITS TOO LATE . Thats my policy and it wont be changing . It doesn’t matter what the reason is , the deposit pays for the time you hold on my schedule from others whether there’s others booked or not 🤷🏽‍♀️ My policy has been the same for the longest sweet pea But you speaking on giving someone covid on purpose is really whats GHETTO . I'm from out of town and a friend of mine recommended Armani Extensions. I booked my appointment and tried to get in contact with the woman who was su...ppose to be doing my nails. I called several times using the number that I was texted from and that's on this app. She did not answer my phone calls. By the time I actually found the place my friend was able to get in contact with her and she told me that I was late and she was already gone. I informed her that I tried to get in contact with her serveral times then she stop messaging back. I wouldn't recommend anyone to someone who is not professional enough to answer their phone for their customers and then blow them off. Show more

Sweetheart , I didn’t receive a call NOR text until well AFTER 15 mins AFTER your appointment time which is my cut off time for late appointments. Not hearing from you within 15 of being late AFTER your appointment time is a NO SHOW . You’re Most definitely notified of this BEFORE Your appointment day. You’re also sent the address MORE THAN ONCE & its most definitely ALWAYS posted online for you to get directions from . I do not chase Clients, You booked me. Im not understanding why you think I would when my time is not respected 🤔 Have a good one hun.
