First impression, the owner is very professional in answering back to you if the phone isnt answered. 2nd he makes sure the appointment is confirmed a...nd correct. On the time of my appointment I arrived thereI was early for my appointment and immediately was attended. The gentleman Alex took care of me, took his time and used his time accordingly. No rush to perfection from the haircut and style I showed him to do. I also like that there is respect on the appointment time. What I mean is I once went to a barbersshop in queens woodside, and the barber didn't respect my appointment time. He arrived late that day and from others customers I was told that even if you make an appointment before anyone, there will be another person before you. I never went back to him since 2021. Overall this was an Excellent customer service experience and vibe with music. P.S they also offer refreshments and theres a pool table in progress. Show more

Received a hair cut from Flaco. Got to say it’s the best hair cut I go so far. Came out the way I expected. Flaco was very helpful through out the who...le process, he asked what I wanted and if I wasn’t to sure he give suggestions. Not all barbers do that which is a plus, he takes his time to make sure the cut was crisp and clean which I appreciate. The environment at Alpha Blades, was clean and chill. Music playing barbers doing what they love all fun and vibes. I will be stopping by again in the future to get a cut by Flaco. Show more
