Hello and thank you for considering Eye Flutter
Studio, LLC as your service provider!

I have more than 10 years of experience and specialize in classic, hybrid & volume lashes. I guarantee 100% client satisfaction and healthy lash care.

⚠️Carefully review the following information before booking your appointment. ***I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INFORMATION YOU NEGLET TO READ.***

DEPOSITS & PAYMENT INFORMATION
A NON REFUNDABLE deposit of $25 is required to secure your appointment upon booking, and will be credited to the total cost of your service. You are only allowed one reschedule per deposit that must be booked within 30 days of your canceled/rescheduled appointment. (As long as the reschedule/cancellation is made 48 hours prior to the original appointment).

APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive to your appointment on time if Im running behind you'll be notified. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment either you will be charged a $15 or your appointment cancelled/rescheduled.

CANCELLATIONS
For Cancellations please send an email to Keisha@eyeflutter.org or text 770-823-6949 within 24 hours of your appointment to maintain a credit for your deposit amount paid. You will be allowed a one time courtesy to transfer your deposit. If you are unable to make the reschedule appointment, you must book again with a new deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS. Under no other circumstance are deposits transferable. Cancelled appointments by the service provider will be fully refunded or the appointment will be rescheduled to another date. No calls-No shows will be banned from future appointments.

FILL-INS
Fill-ins are a maintence service & required every 2-3 weeks, with 40-50% of your extensions remaining. Anything less than 40-50% of your extensions is considered a full set and you will
be charged accordingly.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES
* I do not work over other artist work.
* Remove makeup and contacts prior to your appointment. A $15 charge will be applied to remove any makeup prior to services.
* No additional guests are allowed as space is very limited- no exceptions. (i.e. children,husbands, friends,etc).
* Turn off/silence cell phone ring and notifications during service.
* No eating or drinking while being serviced.
* Use the restroom before prior to service.
* No early appointments. Please ONLY arrive at your scheduled time.
* If there are any problems with retention after your appointment please me let no more than 48 hours after your appointment. After 48 hours I am not responsable.
* NEW CLIENTS- Please text a picture of your lashes (770-823-6949) prior to booking your appointment. This will help me assess the health of your lashes prior to service.
* I recommend booking your next appointment before you leave to ensure availability. A $15 deposit is due when you pre-book.
* If you are late to your appointment your late fee will automatically be added to the end of your service. (Please refer to the cancellation policy for more details)
* All payments are Non-Refundable.

Booking Policies

• A non-refundable $50 deposit is required & it will be applied toward your service total.
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or have their appointment shortened.
• No-Show clients will forfeit their deposit and be required to pay in full before booking future appointments.
• Arrive with clean lashes or there will be a cleaning fee.
• Only scheduled clients are permitted in the studio unless prior arrangements are made.
