Join me for a 1 hour skills training session focused on improving your basketball abilities. The workout will begin with a stretch and active warm-up to get your body ready for the exercises. We will then move on to form shooting to focus on proper technique. Next, we will have a ball handling warm-up followed by a ball handling progression to improve your dribbling skills. This will be followed by a series of shooting drills, including touch shots, floaters, shooting off the catch and off the dribble, and finishing at the rim and in the paint. We will also practice free throws. After the shooting drills, we will do some situational drills to prepare you for game-like situations. The workout will end with a competition that includes goal-specific group shooting drills, finishing drills, and various team games such as king of the hill, 2v2, 3v3, 4v4, and 5v5.
