Won’t be returning. Was waiting for a few minutes in the chair, about 5 minutes after my appt time Gera walked up and asked whether I was the appointm...ent and then what I wanted. I tried to discuss with him, but between the music and his demeanor I couldn’t tell if he heard me. We didn’t speak again until the end of the cut, when I realized how off the haircut was from what I asked for. No mirrors or questions until he finished. No washout. No questions about styling. Glad he’s a fit for other people, wasn’t a fit for me. Show more

Thank you for your feedback! If there was an issue with the service you received why not discuss it day of? Not days after. I was cutting your hair BEFORE your appointment time. Plus, no where in description does it state I provide washouts. You asked for a combover cut, I gave you a combover cut.
