horrible customer service, i had to blow up here phone to find out what hair was needed and to get the address. she told me the day of that she needed... to push back my time, i told her that wouldnt work for me and can she just reschedule me or send the deposit back.. she still haven’t responded nor sent the deposit back. very unprofessional Show more

Basically in a nutshell, I was scammed of a $25 deposit. I scheduled an appt and was given a bogus phone number of 832-570-1449 I texted several times...(no response) I called and the phone went straight to Voicemail. I left a voicemail (no response). I also contacted her on her IG page: braidedbysyriaa (no response). Services were never rendered and my money was never refunded. I’ve already contacted Booksy to report this scam and will follow up with them on the next business day. She uses Zelle, b/c she knows you can’t dispute a payment and the contacts she provides are false as well, and the address takes you to a building where she is not located. I know it was only 25.00, but it was MY $25.00. Do NOT book with this little girl unless you want to give to charity. If you look at her IG you can see where she hasn’t posted since 2022. This is why I don’t support black business because most of them will try and hustle you in some type of form. Will post proof so no one has to go through this as well. If they don’t use PayPal or the Booksy site to collect the payment/deposit, do not send money. Maybe she needed the money more than me, so I’ll look at this as giving to the needy. Show more

A random number called me multiple times in one day while I was working . I wasn’t sure if it was scam likely or somebody being ignorant . I’ve never done buisness with this lady so she does not know me and I do not know her . I thank God that this lady did not get the chance to sit in my chair. The website and all was new to me and I was back tracking myself this month . If you believe that I may be a scammer or somebody who’s in “need” then please save your time and don’t book with me . I’ll be okay and I’m sure you will too . That’s for anyone with something to say thanks.
