Vanessa did such an amazing job on my hair!! I was on a hunt for a new stylist and I came across her work on the Redlands Facebook page and her instag...ram. I loved what I saw so I booked her for a hair cut and highlights. When I arrived to the salon she welcomed me and went over my booking. I asked for my hair to go short and all over highlights. She took her time with both services and made sure I was pleased. Once I saw the final results I was in awe! I loved the overall experience that she provided and will be returning! :) Show more

Vanessa is nice, however she didn't listen to what I told her I wanted and I corrected her when she repeated it incorrectly, and I said that's how my ...hair used to be, but I want it cut to the side this time. I told her I wanted side swept bangs and longer pieces on the side, but she cut them straight across instead. Now, I have to wait several months for my bangs to grow back out to have it cut again the way I want. My bangs are uneven on the side as well. There is ample street parking and it is cute inside, very much an old Redlands aesthetic. If I could give this salon a suggestion, I would suggest to check their phone messages and their IG messages more often. I was really searching for a new hair stylist/salon that became my go to.
