One of thee best experiences I’ve had with a nail tech !!…normally I would go to the traditional nail shop !!..however I’m glad that I chose to experi...ence a black nail tech who’s very welcoming there’s never a dull moment when she does my nail she very engaging with her clients and I love that!!… her suite is very clean and she always has the jams playing which I enjoy !!she’s very professional when she services me and I have nothing but great things to say I highly recommend her to friends as well as family !! I must say I’m a bit disappointed. I reached out to this nail tech because I wanted to do something special for an event with custom press ons. The in...itial communication was great with coordinating the set and bringing my idea to fruition, but as the date for my event came closer the tone changed. I wasn’t contacted when my set was completed (only a message that I didn’t provide pickup details). I also didn’t receive directions on how to pick up my set from her suite. When I arrived, I was not told that she was on the second floor, or to call upon arrival. I rang the bell several times to the suite with no answer, leaving a text that I would need to return after an appointment. Yet, the response I received was not very professional. I called to coordinate the pickup before I returned, and my call was answered abrasively and ended abruptly. Although she had a client when I returned, I was treated as if I wasn’t a client still paying for a service when I picked up my set it was as if she didn’t appreciate my business. Her work was great, and I received many compliments; but based on the reviews I read I was hoping to get a similar experience and to find a regular nail tech in my area. Unfortunately, that’s not the case for my experience. Show more

Your Patronage was appreciated. You are entitled to your opinion, however when your only communication is via text things will/ did get lost in translation. Due to the lack of a verbal conversation you formulated and made your own narrative. In addition to having to change things after I had done them I charged you $85 when hand art and rhinestones should’ve cost most. Yes, this is a teachable moment for me anybody that can’t have a verbal consultation will have their money refunded.
