POLICIES SALON POLICY PURPOSE This policy ensures that each guest enjoys a comfortable, relaxing, and professional experience during their visit to Glam House Oakland. CLEAN NAILS & LASHES We only work on clean, bare nails and lashes. Please note that there is a fee to remove any work done at other salons. Arrive with a clean canvas so we can provide the best service possible. CHILDREN We love children, but for the comfort and safety of all guests, no children are allowed during appointments. If you arrive with your child or children, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING We require 48 hours’ notice for any changes to your appointment. Without 48 hours’ notice, no changes will be permitted. Clients may reschedule one time within that 48-hour window. Same-day cancellations are subject to the remaining balance of the base price being due. There are no deposit refunds. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time, and no more than 5 mins early. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your service may be modified or cancelled depending on time constraints. NO CALL / NO SHOW & SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS If you no call/no show or cancel the same day, our system will automatically charge the remaining balance of your service. If your billing information is invalid and a charge cannot be processed, your profile will be temporarily banned until the balance is resolved. Please contact the salon directly to clear your account. CREDITS, REFUNDS & DEPOSITS We do not offer refunds on services rendered or on deposits (used or unused). Please be aware that there are no exceptions. Credits: To receive full credit for any un rendered services rebooked within 30 days CLASSES All class deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. PAYMENT POLICY All services require payment in full at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods. Prices are subject to change without notice. SERVICE SATISFACTION POLICY Our goal is for every guest to leave satisfied. If you experience a concern with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review and address it appropriately. Adjustments are offered at the discretion of the service provider. MEDIA CONSENT By booking with Glam House Oakland, you consent to photos or videos taken during your service being used for marketing or educational purposes unless you opt out in writing prior to your appointment. HEALTH & SAFETY Please inform your technician of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before your service. We reserve the right to decline services if conditions may compromise your health or the integrity of the service. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE Glam House Oakland reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior, poor hygiene, or who violates salon policies. ​
