Hey Deja I’m sorry you were dissatisfied that I could not accommodate you. I asked to talk on the phone so I can further explain. But As I stated in text message you are 6wk post-op BBL which is considered a serious surgery. I always think about what’s in the best interest of my client first. I could have still serviced you but as a professional instead of taking your money & not giving you the proper service I referred you to someone who specializes in BBL post-op considering I could not take care of your needs at the time. I offered to discount $50 off a special & service you at a later time for any inconvenience this may have caused. But Any licensed professional would do a consultation with you before servicing a body contouring session. Especially any post operative clients. But considering you wanted a same day appointment during Mother’s Day weekend, & you were leaving Dallas I was trying to accommodate you the best way I could. Either way I still would have done a consultation, even if I was able to service you. Which your deposit was waived so no funds were exchanged. It’s just unfortunate that when I turned on my machine there was a malfunction. I understand you wanted to take advantage of the special but if my machine has a malfunction I would be jeopardizing the health and safety of my client. I can’t just do “anything” like you were asking me to do on you. Again you are a post-operative client. It’s not worth risking for a $150 special. Your safety comes first.
