First time was great! Second time I was charged full price to have to go home and finish it myself. I still tipped for great personable service (great... customer service and inviting personality) but I can’t be paying 40-50 bucks for 60% work!… EDIT! That spoke HIGH VOLUMES about your character for giving me a refund! And I appreciate the works man gesture! I honest felt like you were just trying to do me any kind of way and get me gone. And I looked like crap leaving. I’m not going to lie… I was pissed because I missed prospect going back home and fixing it! But I fixed it. Your work is GREAT OVERALL! Hey drew, sorry you left dissatisfied after I told you I can cut your hair shorter after my next appointment since you made up your mind after you paid. I will be refunding you your money and blocking your account, reasons are: you cancelled yesterday 5 mins before your appt, didn’t pay and showed up late today and walked off mid haircut for a phone call and restroom break. Sorry I didn’t work out as your barber. Take care.
