Relaxer touch up / flat iron

I started going to Karisma in August of last year and she did my virgin relaxer. The first week I went to wash my hair half of it went back to its nat...ural state where the other half was straight. So I knew something was wrong. I told her about it and she re relaxed my whole head 1 month later. Fast forward to February I got my 2nd touch up and we both noticed some breakage but nothing too bad. She told me I would need protein treatments and I did just that. Over the last 2 months I’ve been taking extra good care of my hair I’ve notice the growth didn’t notice any breakage (other than the area that was broken off. I went to get my last touch up from her today and first thing first she put relaxer over my already processed hair instead of just the roots. But by the time I noticed it was too late. As she finishes up my hair I’m noticing how thin it is and I just hate it. I’m tearing up and she’s telling me that maybe I need to relax my hair once a month instead of every 8-10 weeks (which sounds insane , never heard of this before but okay) I pay her even tipped her and left because atp I thought that it was my fault. I’ve been getting my hair relaxed for years until a few years ago and nothing compares to how bad the back of my hair looks after visiting with her today.There is no way that it’s supposed to feel or look like this if it was just “breakage”When I get home as I’m feeling through my hair I’ve noticed the back feels like it’s been burnt off. I have barely any hair in the back of my head and I know it wasn’t broken off (except that one spot) when I flat ironed it a week ago. She completely over processed my hair then tried to make it seem like it was something I was doing wrong. If you want weave maybe but if you want a relaxer I would suggest else where. She completely ruined my hair then tried to tell me my wig broke the back of my hair off the way it did. If you look at the picture you can see it looks burnt. This here was not my fault. I haven’t seen you in 2 months mam so maybe you made your own hair fall out ppl never talk about what they doin to their hair at home but then blame stylist my track record is long for clients having healthy hair. You wear wigs and do them yourself so I’m sure you made your hair fall out

I thought I found a stylist to wash and braid my hair, but today I received a message from her booking app (Booksy) that my appointment was reschedule...d; however, she didn't ask me if I was able to make an earlier appointment. When I notified her of the message I received, she said she moved it but I could just cancel! What no apologies, no asking what could fit in my schedule, just cancel! Very very poor customer service!
