The person i scheduled my ppointment with never showed up so i had to wait until someone was able to see me which isnt the first time its happened, al...so every time i tell them to cut half an inch on top they end up cutting shorter than i wanted, definitely last time i come, ive given ace of fades too many chances Show more

Great cut! Hes my regular barber and he does exactly how I had visualize my cuts. I had brought my brother this time as well 30 minutes before my cut ...and my brother liked the way he cut his hair he isnt from this area and was his first time at a barbershop and thought he did a great job. Just because I have to give a star. If not I would of rated a “0” star. I have been using the Booksy APp for years now. Take this in mind this barbe...r shop is not “our regular barber” only have been here for a couple of times. Due to their barber not having an opening today and we had a special occasion. I decided to try to make an appointment at ‘Ace to Spades.’ I don’t know the barbers so I clicked what ever was the earliest. One with one barber and the other with Cali. I dropped off my kids as I ran to the bank since I didn’t know if they accepted Apple Pay. As I arrived to the shop. I seen one of my son waiting and the other cutting his hair. I approached the barber who was cutting my other sons hair. I asked him why my youngest son was sitting in the waiting chair if he had an appointment as well at 8AM. By this time it was 8:15AM. The barber smirked giggling and said “let me guess he had an appointment with Cali?” I said, “Yes, let me guess she did not call or no show?.” The barber said he didn’t know. I then proceeded to asked if he would be able to cut my other son luckily he said, “yes.” This is frustrating since I had made two appointments at the same time to save time. Cali didn’t not call nor text to advise she will not be making it. Very inconsiderate and unprofessional. This speaks on how she treats her clients. So, if you’re going to book with her please be aware she might not show up. Show more

First I booked the appointment through this app for 4 o’clock, the appointment got confirmed so I figured cali accepted the request. Then when I went ...to the appointment at 4 a worker asked what I needed and I said I had an appointment for lashes. He directed me towards the back saying the room was next to the restroom so when I walked to the back room there was nothing that described the room I was looking for. I proceeded to knock on two doors that I seen no answer I open both doors and it was pitch dark. I had a seat to see if maybe she was running late for some reason. As I’m waiting to see if a worker would ask if I found the room or at about 4:14 I decide to ask one of the barbers if they know where this girl is or anything and he proceeded to act like he had no clue what I was talking about and just laughed at me and said to Google it. so i decided to call the number on here that Cali has and no answer I text the number and no response back so I called one more time and no answer it was just very unprofessional all around. I will not go back to this barbershop for any service nor will I recommend this shop to any friends or family. If I could give it a no, Star I would. Now that I look at the reviews seems like that’s all they do is no show. Ridiculous! Show more
