I apologize you feel that way. You have scheduled multiple times and have rescheduled your appointments with me. This last time there was technical issues with the app and I had it closed off on my end. Unfortunately some times technology fails us. I gave you a complete refund for the one time you did not reschedule due to the technical issues. Again I do apologize that this was your experience. Hope you find the barber your looking for.
