Has skills with the clippers, would never discredit anyone’s talent, but unprofessional to say the least. Has been late for every appt. Even when he w...as there on time once, I was still seen 30mins after my appt time. I live 35mins out and i leave early to make time. He lets me know last minute that he’s going to be late every time. I didn’t say anything the first few times as life happens, i get it. But the last time i brought it to his attention. Not in a disrespectful way, but i value my time just as i value his. When mentioned, there was ZERO accountability, and instead he responded very immaturely, as in “I can go”. (See pic) Customer Service needs improvement. Show more
