Hi, I’m sorry that you had that experience but if I’m not lisenced to perform a service I won’t do it through Ohio state law and that should be understood and as a client you should do your part as well. Deposits are non- refundable under conditions which is also stated in my business policy. Everything was handled in a professional manner while you attended to be disrespectful and got escorted out of my place of business. Thank you 💓
