During your consultation with Stacie, the desired curl size and rod selection were thoroughly discussed and agreed upon prior to beginning the service. Additionally, the haircut portion of your appointment was not completed, as you got up and wanted to leave, which can significantly affect the final result and overall shape. Stacie is a highly experienced stylist with a strong track record of successful perms and cuts, and we stand behind the quality of her work. However, we also understand that hair services can sometimes feel different than expected, especially with chemical processes like perms. We always encourage guests to reach out directly so we can assess concerns and offer solutions. Our goal is to make things right whenever possible, and we would have welcomed the opportunity to do so.
