I absolutely love coming to Key Ellements. I lift weights regularly and need therapy in many areas/muscles. Key taught me how to stretch and massage m...y muscles in between sessions and showed me the problem areas so I could be mindful in the gym. She also unlocked muscles that were prohibiting me from working the proper muscles in the gym. The cupping and scrapping helped so much I felt brand new in the gym as soon as the next day. She really knows what she's doing and identifies your needs immediately and focuses on those areas. I recommend seeing Key regularly and making the investment because we only get one body. Show more

Keelani is an absolute artist at her craft! I rarely find something so worth recommending, but honestly, she's the best! Don't expect some 5 star top ...of the line studio. Be realistic, this is a one-man-show, a small business doing what small business do best, which is provide quality over quantity. It's a small perfectly suited studio in Crofton where Keelani truly gives you a personalized massage. What amazes me each time I go back is how I don't necessarily have to tell her what needs work, she finds the knots and tough spots often times in places I didn't think even needed any work like my knees and forearms. As someone who's job is labor intensive, this is such a therapeutic experience and beats any other massage I've gotten by far! Show more

Key was amazing!!!! Very professional and super knowledgeable. I am a cycling enthusiast, so I spend a ton of times on the bike & key made sure to tar...get all my knots in shoulders from how I’m positioned on the handlebars. She also really got in on my quads, hamstrings and calves!! I literally went for a ride a few hours later and immediately saw that my power output was much higher and felt great!
