We were super excited to find this appointment. Our regular barber had unforeseen circumstances. Our son had a natural hair bob for a few yes and was ...regular to go back to a more manicured, polished hairstyle with waves. I can respect the scheduled and failed appointments being the reason to make a deposit and include tip before arrival however, this could be off putting. Although we had a 4pm appointment the barber was delayed approximately 30 minutes. Our son was given the time needed for his style nonetheless. The fade was obscure and appeared accidental, our son was unbothered.
