I’ve had previous experiences with other braiders that are unable to do my hair. I let her freestyle and she did her thing! Efficient, with clean lines and beautiful braids. First and foremost, this women provided me exceptional customer service from day one. Very prompt with responding to my inquiries about the style of c...hoice for my daughter. I was so comfortable and confident in her service before she even provided the service. Secondly she was compromising with start time adjustments, preferred hair brand and provided super fast service 😊 let me not forget friendly yet professional. Lastly, my daughter hair for back to school was beautiful and age appropriate I was beyond satisfied with the outcome. My daughter wanted faux locs over her natural locs and I must confess I was nervous about that because I know sometimes folks can go a lil too heavy with adding hair and make the style look thick and wiggy lol but nope the style was perfect and beautiful.
