For my tguck hair and having other take 8 hours for bobs, she's fast. She made sure i was comfortable, checked for any tension on my hair while twisting. I have looked at looked at several pictures on her site as well. Also i know things happen to all of us and morning of i had to travel all thw way to tampa to pick up hair that should have already been purchased if hair was included. She was very nice I must say.
