Extremely rude and highly unprofessional. From the moment I sat down, he questioned why I changed my time slot (to an open one), albeit, he called me... while en route to my appointment directing me to not come early, as he was on his lunch. He then increased his price by $10 from the week prior and informed me he’s only taking cash moving forward mid-haircut. He forcefully pulled my head and told me i’m moving it too much on numerous occasions. Makes sarcastic remarks and unable to hold a simple conversation, ironic as he’s in a job that sometimes requires that and at the least, courtesy if you want to retain a client/build clientele, has zero business sense. He is arrogant and cuts your hair different everytime once cutting my beard two different lengths because he said he thinks it looks good…hm guess his opinion trumps mine as the customer and he clearly never heard the adage, “The customer is always right”. Only went here few times, due to the convenience of location and because my barber was out of town. Avoid this place like the plague. Show more

Hi Rob, I would be happy to answer your response, so yes, I was on my lunch break and I wanted you to arrive on time because the place was closed and I didn't want you to wait outside, so instead of seeing that I consider you, you think differently. Regarding the price you claim that I raised it for you, it cannot be! There is a price list on the wall that shows each service how much I charge for it and a haircut with a beard and eyebrows costs $60 and that's what you paid not one dollar more!! And regarding everything you said that I move people's heads hard and don't listen to what they ask for, I wouldn't have reached 230 excellent responses and work non-stop. In any case, sorry if you didn't like the service we wish you a happy new year and a great weekend
