I had an appointment scheduled for 10:45. I arrived at 10:37 and the business was locked with a closed sign on the door. I called the owner just to co...nfirm the appointment. She rudely said “It’s 10:37. Your appointment is 10:45 not 10:37. I had stuff to do. I will be there.” I hung up and left. I was only 8 minutes early & all I did was call to verify my appointment. The way she spoke to me was completely unprofessional. Show more

As soon as we walked in for our appointment, I knew we made a great choice. Jessie worked with our puppy to remind him not to jump or bite. He respo...nded very well to her.
