Good aspects - the Shop Owner keeps the shop very clean with a positive environment. In regards to the hairstylist, good aspects are that she is great... as long as she can do your hair the way she desires to do it or it's a style she normally does. But, if you are a picky customer (a lot of women are!), I would not recommend. When giving directions of how I wanted my hair layered, because I could see she wasn't layering it as the picture showed, she literally caught an attitude and ignored my request. Her tip was set at a default of 25, I provided 20 because of integrity as it was still a pretty hairstyle but I was highly disappointed with her unprofessional response. Appt. at 12 noon and she had additonal folks, so my departure was at 7 pm. Show more
