Hey love thanks for the review, first things first I apologize for the experience you had, and also thanks for your input on the curly part of the braids that other clients have never complained about, that lets me know to replace the hair for better quality, upon you sitting down in chair I did advice you I could not find the actual curl that you showed and you agreed we could proceed. So sorry you feel like the style was rushed and choppy, I never intend to rush on clients as for my main concern is quality. ?? the choppy part may have came from parts of the bob that had not been curled. Also please keep in mind blend hair would be included for the price of the bob being 220, human hair it would be wayyy more expensive and whatever is broke I would fix it I was just a text away
