I feel bad as I don’t want to drive away business, but Bridget please, if someone comes in with type 3 curls, just be upfront and let them know you do...n’t know how to cut it. I would pay double just to have gotten a good recommendation for somewhere to go for my hair rather than what you have given me. I don’t even feel comfortable posting a picture of my hair publicly because I am so embarrassed to show it to anyone. The cut was uneven and she was just eyeballing it with clippers for a majority of it. I got up to check the work and one side of my hair was significantly longer than the other... She seemed to be rushing and distracted throughout. She left mid-cut to drop something off across the street. Her service is good, but i’d only recommend her for type 4 coils and facial hair touch-ups. Show more

I do feel bad you don’t like your hair cut but you need to understand I did my best considering you didn’t know how you wanted it cut you showed me a picture that was similar to what I did wish you were much clear with what you wanted and you could have told me u wasn’t satisfied. I’m not perfect and I did my best. Your r more than welcome to a refund. I try my best to satisfy my customers
