Went to Big Chief every 3 weeks or so, for the last few months. Saw Xavier every time. I was satisfied with his barber skill and his customer service,... until today. I booked a 3 pm appointment. At 3:15, he was still cutting another customer's hair. I asked if our appointment was at 3, and he said yes, but "he saw another customer right before 3." Not sure how that's an explanation or excuse. I asked if I could see another barber. Another barber said yes, the next available barber would see me. At 3:30, no one else was available yet, and Xavier was still not available, so I finally left and went elsewhere for a walk-in. Disappointing, and I will not be back. Treat regular customers with more respect, and honor their time and appointments. One star. Show more
