We always value client feedback but, it is unfair to make claims regarding our customer service when we were never given the opportunity to provide services.This appointment was ultimately a no-show and was never canceled.It is important to clarify the inaccuracies in this review.
Prior to the scheduled appointment, our team made multiple efforts to communicate, respond promptly, and offer different options to best accommodate the requests and needs presented. Despite our attempts to work professionally and respectfully toward a resolution,our staff was put-down and demeaned by this client via text.
Additionally, staffing was specifically arranged and prepared for a 5am appointment to accommodate this booking. As a business, we dedicate time, preparation, and staff scheduling to honor early appointments that we inform clients of upon any bookings.When an appointment is not canceled and the client does not arrive, it directly impacts our team and operations.
To state that we provided bad customer service is simply inaccurate, especially considering services were never rendered and we had no in-person or phone call interaction. We consistently communicated, attempted to accommodate requests, and remained professional throughout the process.
We stand behind the level of professionalism, communication, & service we provide to all clients. A client experience was never had here. We strive to deliver quality service and reviews should reflect truthful and accurate circumstances.
