Jude has cut my hair 3x now and this 1st time he messed it up. He did such a bad job this time that I’m confused. I asked for a refund, and he refused.... Terrible customer service. Show more

You booked for a line up, yet requested a full fade and beard time slot - with adjustments as you requested without the respected pay difference! Which also got me behind on my next appointments. I tried my best to work with you. I gave you the opportunity to sit back in the chair at a better convenience to fix any issues, and you declined. I do what I can with the time slot that was booked. In the future if you would like a full fadebender experience, respect the time and pay the full amount required for the service.
